Annual licenses are granted per user for both the Timeline Add-in and Timeline Online. Companies that want to purchase subscriptions for their employees must acquire a license for each individual who will use the software.
Annual billing ensures uninterrupted access to Timeline products. Prior to the expiration of your subscription, you will receive email and in-product notifications that your license is due for renewal. If your automatic renewal setting is turned ON, your credit card will be charged the annual subscription fee and your license will be automatically renewed for 1 additional year.

Of course. If you already have a paid add-in subscription activated, you can upgrade it to Plus or Expert by selecting the desired option from Subscriptions in your account. We will only charge you the price difference between your old and new plan. Depending on your subscription choice, your existing Product Key will be converted into Plus or Expert and extended for 1 year.
Yes, you can add licenses to any subscription. To do so, simply click Add license on the Subscriptions page in your account. If you want to combine multiple individual add-in subscriptions onto a master subscription to make management easier, please contact timeline-sales@lucensoftware.com.
