Workspace ownership

The workspaces of Lucen Track, a product of DM Digital S.r.l., a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Italy with VAT IT03895390361 (“Lucen Software” and “Lucen”), are owned by individuals. The user that creates a Lucen Track workspace is, by default, the owner of that workspace and all the data submitted or uploaded to that workspace.

Each Lucen Track workspace can have multiple workspace owners, and only users with this role can access the billing section of the workspace, export the workspace data at any moment, delete the workspace, or add or remove other owners.

We recommend setting at least one other trusted team member as a workspace owner so that there is always someone who can manage the workspace when needed.

If a workspace requires an owner’s action but none of them are available, you should ask one of the owners to log in and add another owner from the owner's management section. In case this is not possible, we can reach the owner at the email currently used on Lucen Track and request permission to add a workspace owner. We need to receive permission from the email used on Lucen Track by the workspace owner, otherwise, we cannot set another owner.
